        I'm an RYA Sailing Instructor with three years experience leading safe and fun dinghy sailing lessons from an outboard RIB safetyboat, giving me practical experience with powerboat handling, mooring, and coming alongside moving sailing dinghies.
        I've developed my seamanship skills from a lifelong history of sailing a 29ft Westerly Merlin in The Solent, including solo passages and club races, giving me proficiency with ropework, chartwork, sail handling, and onboard safety.
        I became determined to pursue a hands-on maritime career when approached by Sussex University Sailing Club to be their sole skipper, chartering a 44ft Sun Odyssey 439 in Greece.
