An RYA Sailing Instructor with three years experience leading safe and fun sailing lessons, and operating safety boats.
With a lifelong history of sailing a 29ft Westerly Merlin in The Solent, including solo passages and club races, I've developed my seamanship skills.
I became determined to pursue a hands-on maritime career when asked by Sussex University Sailing Club to be their sole skipper, chartering a 44ft Sun Odyssey 439 in Greece.
Previously employed as a Software Engineer, I developed a strong attention to detail, backed up by a Master of Mathematics (MMath, distinction).
Outside of working, I enjoy racing my RS 700 in Chichester Harbour, exploring the local historical sites, and evening cooking.
